I've noticed day 3 and 4 are usually my hardest days I'm not exactly sure why though. I've had a constant nag all day I used one gum and that shut it up for a minute but it's a persistent one. I see now why it's called "hell week" but I just know in my heart that pushing forward will lead me to the freedom and success I deeply long for. I WILL NOT keep being defeated by the "nag" NOPE it's time to play music, sing loud, get my hands wet with cleaning whatever it takes to tune nico out until he realize that our relationship is over!
