I was talking on the phone with an ex friend today and realized the lie that kept me stuck "you're closer to day 1 so going back won't hurt" I was making it maybe 3 days before I failed again because of that mentality. "3 days is not much I can start over" WHAT WAS I THINKING? WHY WAS I BELIEVING SUCH A THING! not anymore I don't care how long or short the time has been every hour, minute, and second count and each day WON is a huge milestone to me!
