Its time to switch up the routine! So I woke up read G's "just one" and "serial quitters" blogs then read the rest from this morning or yesterday that I may have missed. Im excited that this day shall be WON! I plan to read those two blogs every morning and everytime I think about "it" for as long as it take to get it to stick in my mind and heart. I can honestly say this time im ready to give it what it takes to stay quit. Im still thinking about using NRT this time around at least for the first 30 days not as much as recommended maybe 3 a day or so like I did before just until im comfortable on my own. Just one led me to square one so im also breaking out the quit kit. I CHOOSE freedom today! Also I don't want to be in school a smoker im sure I wont be the only one but I want to stay clean! Im going to be a nursing assistant and I know from being in the hospital at least 3 times a clean smelling nurse make a much nicer impression than a smokey one. Well off to day 1!
