Day 3!
Have to admit I have not left the house since quit. Knew this holiday would come in handy for an extra day of rest and grateful for it. Will return to work tomorrow. But staying in has served me well. I've enjoyed relaxing and have not had too many temptations. Withdrawal pangs do come... and go. some more intense than others. It helps to know I do not have any "provisions" here to use to cheat and I don't believe I would if I did. Appetite is up. I must stay mindful of this, for sure. Twizzlers are da bomb!
