I realize that I'm a broken record most days BUT my hope is to be able to reach someone that may be struggling with remaining quit to keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF ~ Days Of Freedom so each night they'll be able to say YAY for another Day WON! I remember only to well some horrid cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep and at times felt like screaming and I'm sure I did scream no one wanted to be around me not even my grown children AND they never thought I'd stick with it anyway because they knew that I tried AND failed at least a half dozen times. The only people I wanted to be around were the grandchildren  they were my incentive and still are, it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT boy oh boy it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE Yep another broken record for today!

Here's a picture of my front steps I don't own a cat but my neighbors do and this cat likes hanging out on my steps so I snapped this pic yesterday and Zoomed in on it  I thought I'd share it with you, enjoy a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
