My hubby Mark said that since this is a 4 day work week that yesterday was actually Hump day! Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George was a little perturbed with me for a few minutes BUT he got over it and popped in anyway to with everyone a stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day it's actually pretty nice outside at 15°F.... Although George says it's brrrrr! 
Deep breaths and stick with our precious quits N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree....
