I'm late getting on but it's been a busy morning Mark helped me stir up a batch of bread then he took the monitors back to the hospital then we had to pick up our new glasses at the eye Drs and before long I'll put the bread in the pans, I'm hoping tonight I'll be able to get a semi decent nights sleep because the last two have sucked BUT I am Smokefree and will remain so because Relapsing just isn't an option anymore life is way too short for any of us to knowingly go back to the yuckies (cigarettes) and continue to slowly kill ourselves! Don't you think? Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
