I'm weary this morning thanks for asking Colleen sweetplt but I'm Smokefree and that makes me smile some days are harder than others we can and do get through LIFE on LIFES Terms and that's super fantastic.
The pool I have been able to use is being covered for the winter on Wednesday - and I will need to pull up my Big Girl Panties to get through this Fall and Winter stuck inside, alone, with little outside contact. Hoping I will be able to walk - but my hips don't seem to get any happier to allow it.
I'll just have to get through it one day at a time - just like quitting - I guess!

The best way to make a wise life choice is with thought.
I started my day out on my porch with my first cup of coffee. The morning was Dark. Cool and Quiet very relaxing to get ones thoughts together. Yes scattered light, warmth and noise replaced the peacefulness Joyce woke up. All was not lost as it came with breakfast. Out to cut my grass which is another way to Surf

Wow, I don't even think I made it for the day...a lot going on and I did not get here until really late, obviously. NOPE, NMW is the absolute ONLY way to keep a quit! It sure has been for me. Hope you get your ME day on Hump Day if not before!
