Everyone has their ups and downs in life whether they smoke or not BUT for us Ex Smokers non smokers or EXers whatever you want to call it we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget ~ our horrid smoking days because going back to that horrendous day ONE and those awlful early days and weeks of quitting smoking never needs to happen NOT when we have the choice to remain Smokefree sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What because it's Doable & so very worth it to be Free 
I still smile at each and every Day WON because Freedom Rocks....
