I wrote this around a year ago on one of my posts D.E.B.S - Decide Educate Believe Succeed and deena-a-yenni whom I really miss told me how much she liked the saying I've been thinking about her quite a bit lately along with others that haven't been around for awhile life gets hectic at times BUT we must remain vigilant whether we're on day one or day one thousand and one or two thousand it really doesn't matter where we are in our quits N.O.P.E and vigilance are KEY we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - just how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks OUR LIVES deserve the very BEST GIFT that any of us will ever give ourselves which is our QUITS because it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit BUT with Vigilance we can smile each evening at another Day WON....
