Just a half hour North of me it's 29 degrees brrrrrr BUT since I don't smoke anymore I won't be standing outside in all kinds of weather nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both so that thought makes me smile actually everything about quitting smoking makes me smile because there's nothing BUT positives BUT first you must get through the roller coaster ups and downs and into that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes it takes time to relearn life BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it because those negative thoughts of the early days and weeks will turn into positive thoughts the further you get into your quit journey and you'll be smiling from ear to ear because you stuck with your precious quit. Life really does get easier and easier with time under your belt and it definitely gets better and better without the yuckies (cigarettes) ......
oh yeah my hubby Mark just reminded me it's Hump Day so for you Mon to Fri working folks today at noon you'll be halfway through this work week.
