Saying YES to Smokefree Living 😁

Making the decision to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison is in my opinion the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever make in our lifetime and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE which I consider the one gift that will keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year BUT we must choose to stick with our quits so each evening we can say YAY for another Day WON! As difficult as quitting smoking it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it BUT you must believe it and keep moving forward because you will get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes BUT after decades upon decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free....... I smoked roughly 30 smokes a day for 40 years with at least a half dozen failed attempts at trying to quit BUT with commitment and perseverance I made it through, there were times in my early weeks of quitting smoking that I wanted to scream and I most likely did plus when the cravings were almost overpowering notice that I said almost I'd yell right out loud that I don't smoke anymore and I'd be shaking my head at the same time and I'd yell it over and over again and there were times that I wanted to tear my hair out or rip someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face BUT I was a good girl and kept my precious quit journey I thank this fabulous community of awesome folks who really helped me through some horrid rough patches to where I am today at 1882 splendiferous DOF or something like that........No more Russian

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
