It turned out to be a beautiful day yesterday once it warmed up I'm not sure what the temps got up to I was busy staining the inside of the gazebo, I got two coats on it took most of the day but other than cleaning up some I'm pretty much done    and after 1,700 Smokefree days or something like that I wanted to sit down and smoke a Cigarette for a job well done! UGH That thought only lasted for a split second because thankfully I know better and so do all of you whew as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then we'll continue to reap the benefits of Smokefree living we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE because going back is not an option BUT we can smile at each and every Day WON......I'm heading out for the day with Mandy and Mason I'm not sure what we're doing BUT it'll be great to spend time with my daughter and grandson.....Smokefree for meand hopefully some day soon for Mandy all I can do is lead by EXample and keep enjoying my life of Freedom.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
