No matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or day TEN or ONE hundred or a thousand or two thousand or whatever we must keep choosing to stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ because there's no other way to remain Smokefree! LIFE can and will knock us down at times BUT as long as we always remember and ~ Never Ever Forget ~ those early days and weeks of quitting smoking and remain Vigilant we'll be living a life of Freedom because Vigilance is key.....
