Sticking with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ is vital ~ Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and the best part is it works when applied on a daily basis it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick......
