If we're 100 % committed to live LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the disgusting cancer sticks then we will live a life of Freedom as long as we stick with~N.O.P.E~and vigilance~we will be living a life of Freedom~N.M.W~No Matter What~life is way too short to knowingly continue to slowly kill ourselves so let's always remember and~N.E.F~Never Ever Forget~that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because NONE OF US ever has to go back NOT when commitment and perseverance will set us free.......We've all got our good days and our rough days I find it's much easier handling whatever comes my way without the crutch, at first it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT the longer you're quit the easier it gets and it's awesome.... Yesterday was busy for me BUT it was a good busy I left here a little after 9 in the morning and it was after 5 when I got home I've got several health issues so it doesn't take much to wear me out. I visited my 93 year old mother in law for an hr and a half at the assisted living facility THEN my Dad and THEN I had to do a little shopping THEN I visited my sister. NOW today I'm taking a ME DAY the best part of being Smokefree is never feeling antsy never wondering where to sneak off to have a drag it's absolutely wonderful to be in the moment knowing just how much better life is without that horrid crutch.....
