I'll be around throughout today BUT tomorrow morning we're doing an in Province vacation and I'm unplugging from the internet first off we're visiting some friends we haven't seen in years which we're all looking forward to then Tuesday we'll decide which direction we want to go we'll either be back Wednesday evening or sometime on Thursday. Mark took this week off for vacation anyway let's all remember that Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option anymore NOT when our lives literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE  it really doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or day TEN or ONE hundred or a thousand or two thousand or whatever because it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit that's why I push N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ because it works when applied on a daily basis we MUST NOT allow ourselves to become lazy and complacent instead let's embrace our precious quits..... my daughter Mandy, Jason and Mason are going to hang out here while we're gone  to enjoy the screenroom and satellite tv and a barbecue or two they'll have themselves a little mini vacation as well.

LIFE has a way of kicking us in the teeth at times BUT we can and MUST make the CHOICE to remain Smokefree because life is going to happen whether we smoke or not so let's continue stacking up those precious DOF ~ Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
