Sorry I'm late but my beautiful daughter Mandy picked me up and took me to Tim Hortons for an ice cap 
I'm finally waking up after 3 coffee and a large ice cap I think I can function lol hummmm Mark will be home on his lunch break soon I'll have to figure out what to feed him 
so much is happening in this World that we have no control over BUT thankfully when it comes to our quits that's completely in our control! Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree.....
