Each and every Day WON is a GIFT OF LIFE although at times it sure DIDN'T feel like a GIFT OF LIFE in the early stages of our quits geesh if anything it felt like pure HELL at times with the cravings and moodswings plus the lack of sleep UGH I remember only too well how horrendous it was at times how I felt like screaming if someone looked at me wrong or better yet rip their face off and then there'd be times I'd be laughing one moment and the next I'd be blatting like a baby and wanting to tear my hair out WHEW BUT not anymore because I stuck with THIS precious quit journey and made it through all of the horrendous rough patches AND into that good place in my quit AND SO Will YOU because it really does get easier and easier with time under your belt and it definitely gets better and better BUT it does take time to relearn life without the smokes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around them BUT as long as you choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W then you'll continue to reap the benefits of Smokefree living  it really is worth all of the rough patches to be Free......

Mark helped me stir up a batch of bread hopefully we'll have the 3 ovenfulls done shortly after 12 or so we'll have a pan of rolls to go with our lunch then I'll put a dozen loaves in the freezer once it's cooled then I'm hoping we'll get out for a drive it's our 24th wedding anniversary we've actually been together 31 years it took us 7 years to finally get married lol, we've both been married before and took our sweet time to finally do the nuptials. I'm so happy for the air conditioner because it's supposed to hit 90 degrees again today and with the oven on for an hour and a half or so ugh I don't know how I ever did bread without an air conditioner but I did for 27 years UGH or so BUT not anymore thankfully kinda like quitting smoking  I wasted 40 years on smoking UGH BUT NOT anymore because I don't do that anymore and neither do you RIGHT!!!! LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand and so is having an air conditioner.....
