Life is full of Choices....

If we don't look after ourselves nobody else can do it for us life is full of choices  unfortunately alot of choices are completely out of our control BUT thankfully when it comes to our quits that's 100% in our control! Mind you it might not feel like it in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it and I for one made the decision to quit smoking while I was on this side of the grass  we all need to make that choice to live LIFE on LIFE'S Terms while it's still our choice to make and not have a Dr tell us to go home and get our affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done! If you haven't already taken your life back NOW is the time to do so yes it's EXtremely difficult in the beginning BUT it's Doable and totally worth it to be Free......
