Anything in this life worth having takes committment, perseverance lots of time effort and a ton of patience and I believe that quitting smoking is 101 % worth every bit of the withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep that I went through and that any of us will go through to get to that good place in our quit where we realize just how much better my life was and is BUT for ME it took a  half dozen half assed attempts at quitting smoking and thinking that I probably would never quit and just couldn't quit, little did I realize that finding out that I have mild copd would be EXactly what I needed to wise up AND realize that I wasn't invincible that I could end up on oxygen 7/24 AND possibly die a slow painful death that most likely would be smoking related so I got on line and found this site AND to make a very long story shorter here I am headed for 6 splendiferous Smokefree years on the 14th of July, if you ask me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if you ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!! Isn't our lives worth a few weeks of feeling like your crawling out of your skin knowing that it's going to get easier and easier with time under your belt? Once I stopped to think about how decades I smoked which for me was 40 years  of smoking roughly 30 a day THEN it made perfect sense that it was bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around them as long as you keep moving forward stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom there's absolutely no way any of will FAIL.....It sure as HELL wasn't easy at times BUT it sure is worth it to be Free.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
