In order to remain Smokefree we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ there's just no other way BUT thankfully it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be able to kick those yuckies ( cigarettes ) to the curb permanently AND by doing that we're actually giving ourselves the Gift of Life. ☆♡☆♡☆♡☆
