When I finally wised up and bit the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life little did I know THAT it was going to be the best decision that I ever made in my lifetime other than quitting drinking BUT of course I really never thought so at the time it wasn't until I made it through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep THAT I realized how much better life was and is without the damned Cancer Sticks BUT I MUST Credit this wonderful Ex community of awesome folks that really helped me through some pretty horrid cravings thankfully I reached out for help please if you're struggling with remaining quit do whatever you have to DO to stay with your quit! Blog HELP then sit on your hands and wait for responses because it won't be long and someone and most likely several people will be here to help talk you through it.... I don't want anyone to be in their Dr's office and have the Dr say go home and get your affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done all because of the damned Cancer Sticks! NONE of US are invincible WE MUST QUIT AND STAY QUIT otherwise it doesn't matter who you are or where you live it's bound to catch up with you at some point with some form of a smoking related illness ~ N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What ~ works when applied on a daily basis so we'll remain Smokefree....
