Let's N.E.F. - Never Ever Forget ~ just how horrendous an addiction that smoking really is We MUST Never Ever Forget that Horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking Only Days WON will do, our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What PLUS relapsing just isn't an option anymore.....

Quitting smoking isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT thankfully with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick.....
