life can and will kick us in the teeth at times and sometimes it'll catch us totally off guard, alot of the time it'll happen when things already are going poorly BUT we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What ~ so we can continue living a Smokefree Life it's EXtremely difficult in those early weeks BUT with commitment and perseverance you will succeed in living a life of Freedom plus anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is most definetly the GIFT OF LIFE.....
