I'm sitting in my screened in patio or gazebo hummm I don't what to call it BUT I'm enjoying it it's 56°F BUT feels so much warmer with the power of the Sun AND it's going just keep getting warmer YAY Summer is coming to the Maritimes, Mark and I put the air conditioner in yesterday in anticipation of some hot weather we've got old slider windows so it's a frig we have to take all 4 panes of glass out I was holding the AC in the window hole while he was building around it BUT it's in whew 
YAY. Don't let the change of seasons or this horrid Coronavirus or anything else that's happening in life screw up a perfectly beautiful quit! N.O.P.E and vigilance works when applied on a daily basis PLUS relapsing isn't an option anymore because we don't do that anymore....
We can and must make the choice to stick with our precious quits so we can continue living a Smokefree Life it's EXtremely worth all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to be Free from slavery of the damned Cancer Sticks....
