When I first came to Ex I was looking for as much help as I could find and I think I was looking for a quick fix BUT after reading everything I could find right here on this site I began to realize that after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks and smoking at least a 30 a day with at least a half dozen half assed attempts at quitting smoking it hit me that if I was going to be successful  then I'd have to be willing determined and totally committed to succeed I know NOW that t wasn't prepared to quit otherwise one of those half assed attempts would've STUCK! Anyway thankfully there's definitely LIFE after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic BUT first you must go through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EX Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your awesome quit journey because it's absolutely worth it to be Free and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
