Whether you're on the fence about quitting smoking or if you're in the throes of horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep or possibly you've been quit for years and are having smokemares ( dreams or nightmares ) and waking up in the middle of the night like YIKES then WHEW realising it's just a bad dream!!! Let's be EXtra Vigilant and not allow ourselves to become complacent especially in these stressful times instead let's keep stacking up our precious DOF - Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON. I'm a recovering alcoholic with 9 years of Sobriety and come July I'll have 6 years of Smokefree living BUT twice in the last couple of weeks I've woke up in the middle of the night with a drink in one hand and a smoke in the other I know I'm stressed So EXtra Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option anymore because you and I don't do that anymore...... Nobody has to do that anymore......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
