It's a chilly 20°F but it's going to warm up

It's going to warm up to the mid 40s BUT with the power of the Sun it's going to feel so much warmer it's going to be even colder overnight tonight BUT it's going to be even nicer tomorrow PLUS not as cold tomorrow night AND even warmer on Sunday  I'm finding the positives INSTEAD of the negatives because there's always something positive about although sometimes we may have to look a little harder BUT with commitment and perseverance we will find the positives AND if you happen to be struggling with your quit deep breaths AND  as long as you remain committed to succeed then you can and will perservere through the roller coaster ups and downs AND get to that good place in your quit, it's definetly not easy at times BUT it's so worth it to be Free......

I'm so glad that there's LIFE after Cigarettes otherwise I'd be sitting outside in a plume of smoke chainsmoking stressing out over this horrifying Coronavirus which wouldn't help ONE IODA AND I'm pretty darned sure that the more that I would chainsmoke the more stressed I would be PLUS I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I'd be coughing and choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I sure as HELL did before I finally wised up and quit smoking WHEW I'm so glad that I don't that anymore and neither do you! RIGHT?  Relapsing isn't an option. Smoking kills and it doesn't matter who you are or where you live it's bound to catch up with you at some point and with this Covid 19 pandemic it's a necessity for all of US to be EXtra Vigilant And hang on tight to our precious quits!

How about another smile  And it's actually garbage day here LOL.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
