George our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day we both want all of us here at Ex to be EXtra vigilant especially during these EXtra stressful times as long as we choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W then there's absolutely no way any of will FAIL......
we're on river watch right now here's a picture from yesterday that a friend had posted just a 40 minute drive up river from me on the Saint John river hopefully it'll stast moving today....
We've got quite a storm coming through tomorrow night into Friday morning rain ice pellets freezing rain then snow ugh 8 to 12 inches of the white crap is predicted I'm guessing you'll be getting roughly the same too Sootie I'm calling it the robins storm since I finally saw a couple yesterday 
anyway hopefully this'll be the last big one..... We can and will get through whatever comes our way and we'll get through it living LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the crutch of cigarettes....
