As difficult as quitting smoking is in those early days and weeks it's also absolutely Doable it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking must be at the top of the list of things to do for your health BUT especially your LIFE which literally depends on you to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because it works when applied on a daily basis. I remember only too well how horrendous the cravings and moodswings were in my early weeks geesh there were times I'd be laughing one moment and the next I'd be blatting like a baby or I'd feel like screaming and I probably did then I'd feel like tearing my hair out or ripping someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face BUT thankfully I knew that as much as I felt like throwing my hands up in the air and jumping in my car to buy a carton of cigarettes instead of just a pack I knew that I'd make it through because of all of the reading that was suggested to me right here on this site anyway to make this a little shorter please just hang on tight to the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE!!!!!
