Wow we're definitely in some terrifying times BUT we can and must stick with our precious quits because thankfully we do have complete control over whether we smoke or not so let's continue to move forward stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON! Relapsing isn't an option anymore....committment and perservence along with lots of deep breaths and knowing that we're all here for each other to help each other through these stressful times with our precious quits in tact we can and will remain Smokefree N.M.W.....Believe it.....
