If it wasn't for my hubby Mark reminding me each Wednesday that it's Hump day I'd probably forget but as long as he's working a Monday to Friday job I'm sure he won'tanyway our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George also remembers and wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day  it really doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or ONE thousand or two thousand or three thousand all that matters is that we that we all keep moving forward because our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W sticking to our quits is vital to our quality of life because breathing is essential to living and besides relapsing isn't an option anymore RIGHT!!! I'm on day 2060 of my precious quit journey and I still smile at each and every Day WON.
