Good morning everyone, if you're reading this and are on the fence about quitting smoking now is the time to bite the bullet and take back your life from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison if you're on Day ONE please stay close and reach out to us because we're all here to help you in any way we can because we know you can and will turn your DAY ONE INTO DAY WON with many more to come, if you're in your early days and weeks of quitting smoking and are struggling with remaining quit please know that with commitment and perseverance you will make it through the roller coaster ups and downs and withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes BUT it does take time to relearn life without the smokes as Dale says the only way out is through and you will get through one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time, just keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON and if you've been quite awhile and are in that good place in your quit like I am please please let's make sure that we don't become complacent and careless with our precious quits instead let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but each and every Day WON is a GIFT of LIFE which we need to nurture and protect so we can be around with the best quality of LIFE possible.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
