Only one more Hump Day in February then onto March we go I've got to get moving soon and do some shoveling I haven't been outside to measure yet but I'm guessing we got about 5 inches of the white crap overnight but on a positive note it could've been a foot Anyway no matter the Weather or anything that's happening in our lives we can and must make the choice to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W. so we can continue to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life PLUS relapsing isn't an option anymore right! So let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT each and every Day WON is a GIFT of LIFE....

Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day.

I love the Serenity Prayer I know it's an A.A. Slogan BUT it is perfect for all aspects of LIFE, hummm I never mentioned that on Valentine's day I celebrated 9 years of Sobriety and on July 14th with N.O.P.E and Vigilance I'll be celebrating 6 years of Smobriety it's not easy kicking addictions butt BUT with willingness determination and commitment along with perservence it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be FREE......

I smiled at this pin below I hope each of you will smile at it to  don't let weight gain or anything deter you from your precious quit journey our quits must be the #1 priority you can work on any weight gain once you feel secure enough in your quit to tackle it I gained almost 10 lbs over Christmas ugh BUT I love Chocolate then hubby bought me a box of Lindor chocolates on Valentine's day well geesh I had to eat them and they were yummy.
