YAY for the 22 degree difference in the temps from yesterday morning till this morning jonimarie commented to me yesterday that the warmer temps were headed my way YAY! Life happens whether we smoke or not so I say YAY for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand .....
life is a roller coaster ride of ups and downs kinda like the weather and kinda like the early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with time Spring will come after Winter and with commitment and perseverance you'll reach that good place in your quit and you'll be so glad that you stuck with your precious quit.....
Thankfully we can make the choice to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W so we can live a Life of Freedom I'm so happy that quitting smoking is DOABLE definetly DIFFICULT to say the least BUT it's also DOABLE and so very WORTH IT TO BE FREE....
