I stayed snuggled under the covers while Mark got the fire going in the wood furnace he said it was only 14° Celcius in the house I'm really glad that he doesn't work away anymore brrrrr I remember only too well getting up to the house being freezing and having to shovel a ft or more of the white stuff more times than I care to remember and dealing with the ice grrrrrr it's wonderful to have him home so I'm not dealing with it by myself, he was away most of the time in the first 2 years of my quit BUT has been home the last 4, you know I also remember very vividly how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of my quit WHEW so for each and every one of us let's never ever take our precious quits for granted because it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit BUT let's always remember and N.E.F -Never Ever Forget - because we never ever need to go through another Day ONE EVER As long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance we can smile at each and every Day WON PLUS our lives literally depends on us to to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE......

I'm so glad that I don't need to be outside freezing my butt and fingers off trying to suck on a damned Cancer Stick coughing and choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I figured I needed that fix NO WAY NOT ANYMORE because I don't do that anymore NONE of us has to do that anymore! It's starting to warm up some YAY.....

Let's keep stacking up those precious DOF  - Days Of Freedom I believe I'm on day 2042 and counting & still smiling .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
