Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George and I want to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day   I've got another appointment this morning nothing important BUT I need to get moving soon while I'm sitting here drinking coffee I'm thinking how thankful I am for all of you in this virtual community of ours because we've become friends and Fellow EXers and most definetly EXtended family at least that's how I feel. Finding out that I have mild copd was the the straw that broke the camel's back! Oops sorry George! BUT seriously I tried to quit smoking at least a half dozen times the emphasis on tried because obviously I wasn't ready to quit even though I was sick and tired of being sick and tired it took that health scare for me to realize that I wasn't invincible and my desire to quit smoking was much stronger than continuing to slowly kill myself PLUS I wanted and still want to be around for my family especially the grandchildren which were my incentive and still are I want the best quality of LIFE for all of us so we can be around to enjoy the little things in LIFE which is actually the the big things in LIFE.....Our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
