You must stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W in order to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life it's EXtremely difficult in those early weeks BUT it's absolutely Doable there's nothing BUT positives in being a non smoker there's nothing BUT negatives in going backwards to the crutch of cigarettes Relapsing isn't an option anymore NOT when our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit because breathing is essential to living! Oops I forgot our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree HUMP DAY.....

There's always a plus if we look hard enough here's a pic looking out my livingroom window this morning! It's pretty I guess Spring should arrive by the end of April so I'm looking forward to that plus it's been a pretty good Winter so far which has been great plus I don't need to be outside sucking on a cancer stick nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I don't do that anymore and that's a major positive  Life really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
