D.E.B.S - Decide Educate Believe Succeed and with with commitment and perseverance you will succeed if you asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if You asked me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'm saying HELL YES!!!! It's up to us individually to make the choice to quit and stay quit and the good thing is that as difficult as quitting smoking is it's also very Doable. We can be there for each other through the good and the bad days BUT when it comes right down to brass tacks it's an individuals choice to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W or screw up a perfectly beautiful quit let's always remember and N.E.F Never Ever Forget how horrendous it was in those early days because there's no reason to back to to that horrid DAY ONE BUT we can continue stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON.....
