N.O.P.E. is the Key to Freedom

I want everyone to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life because I know now that as difficult as it is to quit smoking that it's also doable even though you may not believe me if you're in the middle of a horrid craving I remember when I was in the throes of horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep and having cravings back to back that seemed never ending and I felt like I was crawling out of my own skin or I  was ready to tear my hair out or rip someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face!!! YIKES I remember that very vividly I hope that I always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget because I never want myself or anyone to become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT of LIFE. It most definetly isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT after 20 30 40 50 or more Years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's so very worth it once you get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EX Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what we call it as long as we all stick with our precious quits..... Here's a picture from this morning....

It's a chilly start to the day at-16 °Celcius or 3°F   I'm so glad that I'm not outside freezing my butt and fingers off trying to suck on a yucky cigarette because I don't do that anymore PLUS relapsing isn't an option anymore NOT when my life and your LIFE depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W - No Matter What.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
