Well here we are just one day away from the end of the year Goodbye 2019 
HELLO 2020 
I want each and everyone here at Ex to be EXtra vigilant because it doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or five thousand and ONE it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit and with all of the festivities that goes along with the New Year coming in I don't think any of us needs to become complacent or think hummm surely just ONE would be OK!!! YIKES!!! IF WE ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN THEN WE WOULD LOSE THE BEST GIFT that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT of LIFE so Vigilance is KEY to remaining Smokefree so we can wake up in 2020 
and CELEBRATE FREEDOM!!! It's up to each of us to nurture and protect our quits N.M.W. - No Matter What!!!
