If anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'd be saying HELL NO BUT if you asked me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'm saying HELL YES with a humongous smile on my face    I'm telling you that for me after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks and smoking at least 30 smokes a day that quitting smoking most definetly wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT when I found out that I have mild copd that's when I realized that I wasn't invincible and my desire to live a Smokefree Life was so much stronger than continuing to slowly kill myself so I found this site and read everything I could find about this horrid addiction and to make a long story short here 1988 splendiferous days late living a life of Freedom and I didn't tear my hair out or rip anyone's face off plus I'm still semi sane BUT seriously once you stop and think about how decades upon decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free plus our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
