Most of us here at Ex has smoked for decades I believe the first time I was 12 and by the time I was 14 I was smoking 8 or so a day and then at 16 when I got married for the first time I was smoking more than a pack a day so after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks it's no wonder it's so damned difficult to quit especially in those early days and weeks BUT I can say for certain that quitting smoking is DOABLE whew it was EXtremely horrendous at times BUT I didn't tear my hair out or rip anyone's face off which I could've done easily at times BUT I made it through the roller coaster ups and downs of moodswings and lack of sleep and made it to that good place in my quit and with commitment and perseverance so will everyone because with the right Mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends BUT especially our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
