Once we decide to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison then we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because it works when applied on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way any of us will FAIL our lives deserves for us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us.....
