It really doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or ONE thousand and ONE or two thousand it really doesn't matter as we all stick with our precious quits so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON   Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree, I want to do a special shout out to our very own Colleen sweetplt on her splendiferous 336 glorious DOF Whoo hoo you're just around the corner from the awesome 6% Club you've been a true inspiration to all of us here at Ex YAY you, thanks Joni jonimarie for the heads  up you're also a true inspiration. I was playing around in the photo shop express app last night going through the pics and for the sheer fun of  it I found some pics of me in the different seasons, summer 2017, Fall of this year 2019 and of March break of last year 2018 just a couple of miles from where I live I think it was about the 10th of March because the kids were on break for a week and Mandy Mason and I took off for an overnighter to a fancy motel, my favorite Season is Fall.

Let's celebrate our Freedom from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison even if you're struggling with remaining quit be proud that you are you are moving forward even if it's  one minute or even a second at a time be  proud because it's Extremely difficult in the beginning BUT you are persevering so congrats and congratulations to Colleen and to everyone here at Ex.
