No Matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or ONE thousand and ONE or two thousand and ONE we must choose to stick with our quits N.M.W - No Matter What! We must not let LIFE kick us in the teeth to the point of relapsing because LIFE is going to happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not is the only way to live a Smokefree Life. I actually can handle life's stressful situations much better without the crutch of cigarettes because I'm not outside under a cloud of smoke chainsmoking instead I've got a clear head trying to figure out what to do and how to go about handling the issues in front of me......N.O.P.E. - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance guarantees us a lifetime of Freedom because relapsing isn't an option anymore.....
I was playing around in the Gallery app this morning over coffee and had some fun putting a collage together. 
I find the older I get the more I treasure the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE.......
I cut my hubby Mark's face off in the collage so I'll post another pic below of him with Mason.
