It takes time to get through to that good place

I want each and everyone here at Ex to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life because it's Doable and totally worth it once you get through the roller coaster ups and downs and into that good place in your quit quit where you realize how much better life is without the damned Cancer Sticks BUT unfortunately there's No Shortcut You must choose to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever N.M.W. - No Matter What - then there's absolutely no way you can FAIL....

I Know Those Early Days And Weeks are EXtremely difficult at times because I remember only too well what it was like I want all of us that's been quit for awhile to always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE because only Days WON will do for each and everyone here at Ex Vigilance is key to success.....
