I'm dragging my butt again this morning but it's been another very busy week but that's A OK because I'm living my Forever Quit 
every once in awhile I think back into my smoking days when every blessed thing I did was wrapped around the smokes whether it was a half dozen cigarettes in the morning with my coffee or being on the phone or lighting up before I even started my car for a drive or taking smoke breaks while working or lighting up before starting a job or after a job well done and a 1,001 other reasons to light up!!! BUT Thankfully NOT anymore because I don't do that anymore and no one has to do that anymore as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then we'll continue to reap the benefits of Smokefree living .....
