After decades upon decades of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT as difficult as quitting smoking is it's also very Doable and totally worth it so if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE! If anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if I was asked if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!! with a humongous smile on my face because anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends BUT especially our lives which literally depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W - No Matter What......
